What is Knowledge Transfer?
PLS defines it as the process of transferring nearly 100% of a subject's essential knowledge into long-term memory. Knowledge transfer is complete when the individual is able to apply this knowledge to appropriate situations.

Because the brain is not designed to retain information and knowledge, almost everything is forgotten within minutes, hours or days.
To drive learning into long-term memory, the PLSystem uses its patented Adaptive Knowledge Retention system (AKR). Students learn by a variety of reinforcement activities that have been personalized for them, bringing them to an overall long-term retention level of 90%+. Using our system, a student will never need to study or cram for a test because the need for testing, as we know it, will be rendered redundant. Students will still need testing, but only to validate their overall learning as compared to industry growth norms.

Blended Learning Model
The PLSystem enables teachers to augment their regular classroom instruction with online reinforcement strategies that will elevate student learning to unprecedented levels. Given the limited availability of technology in many classrooms, students may be asked to perform their online reviews as part of their home learning. The teacher will be able to track student performance whether it takes place in school or at home.
State Standardized Testing
Pros and cons exist with state/provincial standardized testing. The obvious objection is that it forces teachers to teach to the test, which detracts from the learning experience. In addition, stress and fear escalate as teachers transfer their negative emotions to the students.To ensure that students really know the essential elements of the required curriculum, the PLSystem was created to solve this knowledge transfer problem that inherently exists in the learning process.
