Tom Rudmik is the founder of PLS. His passion and commitment to developing an educational model that greatly outperforms traditional learning has brought him professional acclaim. Tom is also the founder and visionary leader of Master's Academy and College - a new, progressive, and innovative school in Canada. Master's Academy has one of the most advanced technological installations of any school in North America. Master's vision and success have attracted major corporations who have aligned themselves as partners. A graduate of the University of Toronto, B.Sc. and B.Ed, Tom has more than 25 years of industry and educational experience.

With more than 25 years of industry experience in Information Systems, technology and telecommunications, Irv provides the national and international business experience to address the global opportunities for PLS in both the private and government sectors of our target markets.

Executive Vice President, Research and Development
Andy Rudmik brings extensive product development and management experience to PLS with a background in software research, telecommunication, databases, compilers, and software modeling. At PLS, Andy is responsible for product research and development, and is dedicated to maintaining PLS' leadership in developing systems that will revolutionize how organizations learn. Andy is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Ph.D., and has more than 30 years of industry and computer technology experience.
